A couple of dates for the diary.

The date of the July/August final has been confirmed. The game will be held in The Fire Engine on Sunday September 25 at 1pm.

We have also confirmed an idea that was thought about a long time ago and have decided to run the first ever Bristol Poker League Womens Championship.

The game will be held in The Fire Engine on Saturday the 17th of September with a 1 o clock start. I have no idea how popular this game will be. Looking at the overall leaderboard there are over 30 women listed in there, but not all of them are regular players so this might be a 1,2 3 or even 4 table game!

The league will provide a trophy for the winner that looks like this:

We also decided to make it more than just a winner takes all tournament by asking players to pay an entry fee of ten pounds, then split the money to the top 3 or 4 finishers, depending on how many play.
