68 Players turned up on June 20th on a hot and sunny afternoon at the Fire Engine in the chase for our latest champion.
We paid out positions 14-10 with ten pounds, and the rest of the prizes went up from there.
- 9th - P Da Man
P Da man was looking a main contender for a very high finish with about 20 players left as he had about a third of the chips in play, but a series of dents saw him hit the final table with a much cmaller stack and in the end he went out in 9th and picked up twenty pounds when his pocket 9's were cracked by Vern's Ace-5.
- 8th - Mad Jan
The final table had a fair few monthly league winners on it this month. Mad Jan Coventry was the reigning Rose and Crown champion and went out in 8th. She picked up £25
- 7th - Vern
Vern went out in 7th place and collected £30
- 6th - Max
Max went out in 6th. He collected £40.00.
- 5th - Bird
Bird went one place higher than last months 6th place when she finished 5th for £50.00. She was the reigning champion at the King Billy
- 4th - Steve "Cov Chops" Coventry
A Coventry double on the final table saw Steve out in 4th place and he collected £60.00.
- 3rd - Alexis
The only player in the top 4 not called Steve and the last remaining female player, Alexis finished in 3rd for £75.00.
This left our final 2. Stefferz, who runs the game in the Good intent and Steve "Vin Diesel" Knight.

Once again the money was chopped before heads up started then the players played for the trophy itself.
- 2nd - Vin Diesel
Vin Diesel was this months runners up and the reigning Yeoman Champion collected £200.00.
- CHAMPION - Stefferz
Stefferz took the title, the bragging rights, and his place in the next Champion of Champions game as well as £200
