Latest Final Result

70 players took part in our latest final on Sunday the 25th of September in The Fire Engine.

All attempting to become our new champion.

Anthonie, AKA 'Lazy Ace' was the first player out, and I was 3rd out, making it easy to concentrate on running the game...

With 70 players we paid £10 down to 14th spot and Cov Chops, Void, Kivak, Mick and Darren were the players to just miss out on a final table appearance but still be rewarded.

This was the chip counts of those who made it to the top table, with the chip stacks fairly level with only Snooze over 100k.

Seat 2 - Chelle - 42,000
Seat 3 - Darren 'Snooze' Brain - 120,000
Seat 4 - Jerry - 92,000
Seat 5 - Rich - 49,000
Seat 6 - Dan - 90,000
Seat 7 - Jo - 60,000
Seat 8 - JJ- 30,000
Seat 9 - Don - 51,000

JJ was out in 9th when his push with Ace-4 ran into Don and his Ace-King right next to him.

Rehan was out in 8th with Queen-Ten against Jerry's Ace-Jack on an Ace-Ten-x board

Chelle got taken out by Jo in 7th place

Jo was then next out when her Ace-Ten was no match against big stack Snooze and his Ace-Queen.

Don was out in 5th when all his chips went out with Ace-8 on an Ace high board only to see Darren have Ace-Queen!

Jerry went out in 4th in a now familiar story... His Ace-6 was no good against Darren and his Ace-King.

This left us three handed:

Darren

Dan

Rich

Rich was out in third when yet again Darren had an Ace his hand which was better than his Queen-7.

This left us with Snooze and Dan, two of the biggest stacks to hit the final table who made it all the way through to heads up.

Dan decided to play an ultra aggressive game and played all the hands heads up blind.

It didn't last long.
